This strategic role plays a key part in ensuring the quality and stability of e-banking solutions, maintaining an efficient delivery pipeline while supporting the company’s innovation and agility.

Key Responsibilities
?? Lead and manage all testing activities within the digital domain, ensuring quality across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
?? Define and implement a test strategy aligned with the company’s global standards.
?? Coach and support agile teams in adopting Shift-Left testing methodologies, emphasizing test automation.
?? Ensure compliance with audit and internal regulatory requirements.
?? Oversee risks, penetration test findings, and overall release quality.
?? Participate in key business decisions, including Go/No-Go meetings.
?? Drive transparency in test reporting and enhance efficiency in continuous deliveries.
Candidate Profile
? Experience:
? 5+ years as a Test Manager in complex technology-driven environments.
? 3+ years working in agile environments (experience with SAFe is a strong plus).
? Proven experience designing test automation strategies across various test levels.
? Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins).
? Experience with test management tools such as JIRA (XRAY is a plus).
? Basic banking knowledge (experience in the financial industry or e-banking solutions is a strong plus).
? Education & Certifications:
? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
? ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (ISTQB Advanced Test Manager is a plus).
? Scaled Agile (SAFe) Certification is a plus.
? Key Skills:
? Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
? Analytical mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving.
? Hands-on approach, with a proactive and leadership-driven attitude.
? High sense of responsibility and autonomy.
? Fluent in English (professional proficiency required).
