From the Assistant & Executive Support Division of LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are looking for an Office Manager - Executive Assistant with C1 level in English for an important international financial company.
Key responsibilities :
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations: supplies, maintenance, reception, and general services.
- Manage office budgets, receive, verify, process invoices and liaise with the accountant.
- Act as the primary liaison with HR, IT, and Finance teams in Paris.
- Coordinate with local vendors and service providers.
- Handle administrative and logistical tasks related to the office launch.
Executive Assistance:
- Organize travel, meetings, and internal events.
- Manage calendars, prepare presentations, and draft meeting notes.
- Provide administrative support to the four investment professionals.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in office management and/or executive assistance, ideally in an international or entrepreneurial environment.
Highly organized, service-oriented, autonomous, strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluent in Spanish, and English (spoken and written), French is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
We Offer:
Permanent contract
Timetable 9:00h - 18:00h
Salary: 40.000€ -48.000€ anual gross salary + benefits
