Our Senior Directors Unit (SDU) is an exclusive global practice within Lee Hecht Harrison Penna that advises senior business leaders on moving to the next phase of their professional career.
Based in London acting as an EMEA hub and connected to 20 global cities via our ICEO network our aim is to connect or re-connect clients to their purpose, helping them assess future options and directions, and take a path that progresses their career in the direction of their choice. We work with our clients to develop a long term career and life strategy which will serve them well over many years.
Our consulting team comprises experienced senior business people and specialist consultants with backgrounds in a wide variety of sectors and disciplines. Many of them have successfully transitioned between senior roles and are alumni of the SDU themselves.
Clients become members of our community of peers and alumni with access to our dedicated, discrete office in Central London supported by our IT, admin and professional research team. We run regular specialist seminars and networking events providing relevant contacts and professional introductions.
Our specialist advisory services include image, brand, personal impact, social media strategy, network and headhunter advice, legal & financial information, psychometrics, interview skills, entrepreneurial, private equity and non- executive advice.
Bill is the Global Practice Leader for Lee Hecht Harrison’s International Center for Executive Options (ICEO). Bill built and leads this unique senior leader boutique career advisory practice that provides high-touch leadership transformation support to organizations and their leaders. He does this with a unique perspective of their issue & concerns coupled with insightful solutions to moving forward with their business missions, their leaders, and their brands.
Earlier in his career, Bill was a CEO, COO, Group Executive, business leader, and attorney at companies that included Nabisco Brands, Culbro, and Fleetwood Snacks, Inc.
Bill received a Master’s Degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, a Juris Doctorate from the Stetson University College of Law, and a BS from Florida State University.
