About the role:

As an Employment Associate, you will handle a diverse caseload focusing exclusively on employment law. You will work closely with senior associates and partners, assisting them with complex cases while also managing your own matters under supervision. Your responsibilities will include both contentious and non-contentious employment work, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with a variety of clients.


The role is designed to evolve alongside your skills and preferences, ensuring that you can develop in line with client needs and your own career aspirations. You will be part of a well-respected team that values collaboration, integrity, and excellence.


Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have between 2-4 years of PQE, having received training in a reputable employment team. You should possess:


  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment law.
  • Strong analytical skills and a clear communication style, both written and verbal.
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on client service.
  • An enthusiasm for business development and a collaborative spirit.

IT Skills Required:


  • Proficiency in Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with DocsCorp PDF Docs, Word Compare, Document Management Systems (Netdocs), and time recording software (Intapp TIME).

Full in-house training will be provided


Training and Development:
