Are you a data-driven professional passionate about shaping compensation strategies that align with business goals? Our client, a leading organisation in the UK, is seeking a talented Compensation Business Partner for a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a potential to go permanent. Location: UK (commutable to Brighton, ideally once a week)
What You'll Do:

As a Compensation Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic priorities through Reward and Remuneration, culture, and cyclical HR projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Compensation and Reward Expertise:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on compensation and reward matters, collaborating with HR Business Partners and senior leaders.


  • Advise on remuneration strategies and individual role compensation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Strategic Implementation:
- Champion the organisation's Reward Strategy, updating and communicating it effectively.
  • analyse external benchmarking data to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    - Monitor market trends and economic conditions to keep compensation packages relevant and appealing.
  • Utilise data sets to evaluate workforce profiles and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Cyclical programmes Management:
    - Oversee annual reward cycles, including salary reviews and bonus plans, ensuring efficient project management.
  • Ensure compliance with gender pay gap reporting and organisational policies.
  • Who You Are:
    You are proactive, analytical, and have a knack for problem-solving. Your qualifications include:
    Experience & Skills:
    - Full member of CIPD or equivalent professional body.
  • Strong background in compensation and benefits, preferably in a commercially focused, matrix organisation.
  • Proficient in managing large data sets and advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledgeable:
    - Solid understanding of UK and international employment law.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
