LHH Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a large and complex organisation with the recruitment of a Senior Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will lead a team of seven and provide strategic financial guidance across multiple divisions. This high-impact role supports senior leadership in shaping financial strategy, driving value for money, and enhancing financial literacy across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners.
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational financial plans.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for over £270m in annual income.
- Support investment decisions, business cases, and financial risk management.
- Contribute to financial policy development and strategic projects.
Key skills / experience:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Have previous people management experience.
- Proven experience in financial business partnering within complex organisations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
- Comfortable influencing senior leaders.
The role is based on the outskirts of Brighton and easily accessible by public transport and will require 3 days a week in the office.
Salary is £65-70k plus excellent benefits
