Corporate & Commercial locum required by my client based in Bristol

The role will be ongoing while they recruit permanently and will cover the broad spectrum of Corporate & Commercial matters which includes;

• Acquisitions and mergers
• Project finance
• Shareholders' agreements
• Joint ventures
• Commercial agreements and other arrangements

The client is happy to consider all options which includes hybrid / remote and full or part time working.
