Family Law Solicitor | Leading Regional Firm (Wiltshire) | £50k-£70k + Outstanding Benefits

I am supporting a prestigious and progressive law firm in Wiltshire, to find an ambitious Family Solicitor to join their thriving and growing Family Law Team within a top quality, people-focused practice.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a progressive and collaborative team renowned for delivering expert advice on divorce, finances, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, domestic abuse, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements - with strength advising high-net-worth and complex financial cases.

You will inherit an existing, varied caseload and have the platform to develop your expertise, grow the client base through business development and networking, working alongside experts in their fields. You will also be supported to develop your own advocacy skills and become highly skilled in a range of dispute resolution methods.

The Role

• Manage a broad family law caseload: divorce, financial settlements, children issues, cohabitation disputes, separation agreements, and domestic abuse cases
• Provide strategic advice to a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and complex financial matters
• Develop your own practice area, with opportunities to specialise in dispute resolution or domestic abuse work
• Participate in business development, marketing activities, and mentoring junior colleagues
• Flexible working options, with part-time and full-time considered

Role Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, 2-5+ years' PQE in family law (more senior applicants welcome)
• Strong experience across a broad range of family matters, ideally including finances and children work
• Excellent client-handling and negotiation skills, with a practical, solutions-focused approach
• Ambitious, commercially aware, and keen to build a reputation in the region
• Passionate about contributing to a supportive, high-performing team
