Our client, a leading FMCG organisation, is seeking a talented and dynamic Brand Manager to join their team. If you have a flare for marketing, a love for baked goods, and a desire to bring joy to people's lives, then this could be the perfect role for you.


The main office is based in Peterborough, however there is lots of flexibility around where you work - with employees working remotely across the UK! There will be some days in the office to meet your colleagues, which will be in Peterborough or London.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and trends
  • Create engaging and creative marketing campaigns to promote our client's baking products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and production to ensure brand consistency
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and retailers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats

Desired Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong project management skills
