Our client is seeking a dedicated Compliance Analyst to support their compliance framework across London and Bermuda. What You'll Do:
As a Compliance Analyst, you will work closely with the Senior Compliance Manager to:
- Implement and Embed the Compliance Framework: Help execute the annual compliance plan and oversee policies and procedures.
- Engage Across Departments: Build positive relationships to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organisation.
- Monitor Compliance Activities: Ensure adherence to regulations from Lloyd's, PRA, FCA, and BMA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review systems and controls to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide proactive support and advice to the business, balancing regulatory obligations with commercial needs.
- Assist in the design and execution of the annual Compliance Plan, providing updates to the Senior Compliance Manager.
- Facilitate training and development programmes on compliance matters for all staff.
- Maintain and audit the Employers Liability Register, collaborating with external auditors.
- Help manage the SM&CR framework and advise on regulatory submissions.

- Experience in drafting governance papers and reports.
