This exciting opportunity is for a 6-month temporary contract based in vibrant London.
What You'll Do:
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Review and oversee intricate specialised debt capital market transactions from initiation through to closing.
- Act as a key liaison with external counsel and lead negotiations on transaction terms alongside our Client & Business Development teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for all parties involved in new and existing transactions, ensuring compliance with operational and documentation standards.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert, keeping the team informed about market trends, competitor data, and new regulations.

- A strong educational background.
- Experience in Corporate Trust and/or debt capital markets.
