Our Client is seeking an exceptional Wealth Advisory Development Manager to lead a dynamic team of up to 10 Wealth Advisers. In this senior leadership role, you will shape team culture, champion performance excellence, and support adviser development-all within a fast-growing, client-focused organisation.

  • Oversee daily operations of the Wealth Advisory team


  • Foster a results-driven culture through KPIs, feedback, and performance reviews


  • Coach and mentor advisers, driving continuous growth and improved client outcomes


  • Innovate and enhance client service delivery across the team


  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic development and execution


  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant financial advice


  • Influence business development and growth initiatives


  • Uphold regulatory and ethical standards consistently

  • 5+ years in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory


  • Demonstrated success in leadership, coaching, and team development


  • Proven ability in managing HNW client relationships


  • Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) - Required


  • Chartered Financial Planner / Wealth Manager status - Preferred


  • Strategic thinker with strong regulatory knowledge


  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills


  • Passion for professional development and client-first service
