The impact of vision loss is huge. But with the right support, people with vision loss can gain the skills to remain independent and active in their communities - to thrive. That's why we're here.
For 230 years, Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans has been supporting people impacted by vision loss. We believe we play an important role in continually shifting the conversation around sight loss, and contributing to achieving a fair, equitable society. Over the years, we've seen a positive shift in expectations, with individuals and communities increasingly empowered to live lives the way they choose, free of discrimination.
Reporting to the Head of Technology Change, this role is central to delivering technology-driven change that supports strategic goals, working closely with stakeholders to define project outcomes, manage change impacts, and ensure successful adoption of new systems. This role is central to delivering technology-driven change that supports strategic goals, working closely with stakeholders to define project outcomes, manage change impacts, and ensure successful adoption of new systems. You'll plan and deliver technology projects from initiation to handover, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining clear communication throughout. With a strong focus on user engagement, training, and feedback, you'll design and implement change strategies that maximise adoption and minimise disruption. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and refining project and change delivery practices across the organisation.
We are seeking someone who understands that real success lies in embedding sustainable change-not just implementing systems. This is more than a project delivery role; the emphasis will be on change management: ensuring that technology is not just introduced, but embraced, understood, and effectively integrated across the organisation.
We're seeking a skilled Change Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing technology or business change projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2, and be skilled in applying change management principles to drive user adoption and minimise disruption. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to build trusted relationships across the organisation. You'll also need strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment.
Applications in the form of a tailored CV and covering letter, highlighting your skills and experience pertinent to the role, should arrive no later than midnight Tuesday 3rd June
