LHH is proud to be partnering with a leading listed multinational organisation to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst. This is a high-impact role offering full ownership of multiple P&Ls across large international entities. As a key member of the global finance team, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic financial insights that drive growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with area managers to manage and control revenue and costs, ensuring delivery against company targets.
- Collaborate with project managers to drive revenue growth through detailed analysis and revenue recognition.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Provide long-term business planning support through robust analysis and forecasting.
- Monitor financial performance, report on key variances, and deliver KPI insights to senior leadership.
Key Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
- Proven experience in business partnering with senior non-finance stakeholders, with the confidence to challenge and advise.
- Background in large, international matrix organisations.
- Demonstrated ownership of full P&L management, ideally across European entities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with large ERP systems.
