What You'll Do:
As a Project Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed surveys and assessments for diverse projects.
- Preparing accurate reports and documentation.
- Collaborating with project managers, architects, and clients to achieve project goals.
- Managing project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Providing expert advice on project feasibility and risks.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Surveyor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
