🌟 Office & HR Manager. 🌟 Contract Type: Temporary - Initially 2 months - potential to extend Location: London


Hybrid: 2 days in the office


Day rate - £180 - £220


Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for creating vibrant workspaces? We're looking for an enthusiastic Office & HR Manager to ensure our global offices are safe, healthy, and inspiring places for everyone to thrive.


Role Purpose:

To manage office operations, facilities, and HR support, enabling our team to excel in a productive environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Service Excellence: Foster a responsive and collaborative team atmosphere, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
  • Budget Management: Own and optimise the office administration budget, ensuring value for money while adhering to our welfare standards.
  • Wellbeing Advocate: Promote a happy and healthy workplace, addressing any concerns swiftly.
  • Event Support: Collaborate with the HR team to organise events that showcase our offices and welcome guests.
  • Ensure all invoices for third parties and contractors which are submitted by the team are paid on time
  • Carry out regular meeting room checks to ensure all equipment is working
  • Organise the London Weekly lunches
  • Facilitate hotel bookings and expenses for Board Members, co-ordinating with the Executive Assistant.
  • Act as a commercial partner by managing contracts and all office procurement (inclusive of office supplies, consumables, catering and team lunches)
  • Supporting the HR Team as requested, with employee and contractor onboarding, administration, events and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure that all onboarding covers health, safety and office management procedures (room/desk bookings; lunches etc).

  • Proven experience in office management and HR functions.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and safety compliance.
