Product Manager - Beauty & Grooming
(London, Hybrid | Global Consumer Brand)


We're looking for a Product Manager to drive growth across key beauty and grooming categories, including make-up, men's, and seasonal launches. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping brand activity, delivering standout campaigns, and inspiring a small team member to thrive.

What you'll do



  • Lead product launches and category plans, bringing global strategies to life in the UK market.


  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver innovative, high-impact campaigns across digital, media, and retail.


  • Analyse category and competitor performance, using insights to shape strategy and ensure commercial success.


  • Collaborate cross-functionally (digital, PR, supply chain, sales, training) to deliver seamless customer journeys.


  • Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and on target.


  • Coach and inspire an Assistant Product Manager, encouraging creativity and growth.

What we're looking for



  • 5-6 years' experience in brand or product marketing, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or retail.


  • A strong mix of commercial acumen and creative flair-comfortable with P&Ls as well as campaign storytelling.


  • Experience working with agencies across media and creative.


  • Excellent communicator and confident presenter, able to influence at all levels.


  • A proactive, flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
