This market research company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of market research projects from initiation to completion. You will manage large-scale market research projects, quantitative and qualitative, with delivery on time, on scope and within budget. You'll work closely with clients, cross-functional internal teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role is a permanent role with a weekly hybrid working model. (3 days in the office and 2 days from home).
Key Responsibilities:
* Point of contact for clients and internal teams, owning the delivery of all day-to-day and ad hoc requests.
* Making sure all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project
* Developing & owning detailed project schedules and timelines.
* Monitoring project milestones, resources, and deadlines to ensure projects stay on track.
* Maintaining project documentation and file management / organization.
* Identifying risks or delays early in the project delivery schedule.
* Proactively addressing any misalignment with client expectations.
* Identifying key areas for process improvement.
* Working to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Skills / experience needed:
* Significant experience managing quantitative market research projects.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to be assertive and resolve scope-related issues effectively.
* Experience working in a client-facing role
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent qualification / experience).
* Experience with international quantitative and qualitative studies, with youth audiences.
* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
* PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
