Job Description:

Seeking a qualified Solicitor with at least three years' post-qualification experience in commercial property to join their in-house legal team. Responsibilities include handling high-value and complex work, managing landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions/disposals, and secured lending.

Qualifications:

• At least three years' PQE in commercial property.
• Experience in landlord and tenant, acquisitions/disposals, and secured lending.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to gain experience in other work types.

Desirable Experience:

• Commercial litigation experience.
• Exposure to developer and/or institutional investor clients.
