LHH are partnering a global business to recruit a qualified Finance Manager for a newly created position to manage financial operations across multiple European entities.
Providing full financial support and business partnering to individual country managers. The position acts as a Controller for each country, focussing on P&L analysis, margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial business partnering and performance analysis across the region.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with local teams.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, supplier payments, and debt collection.
- Ensure compliance with local tax, audit, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Identify and implement process and system improvements.
- Collaborate with Shared Service Centres and cross-functional teams.
Hybrid working - 3 days office per week
Salary - £60K - £65K
Key skills & experience required
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices
- Strong background in P&L analysis, forecasting, and compliance
- Experience working in multinational or regional finance teams would be highly beneficial
- Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
