Customer Service Representative
Location: Sacramento, CA
Compensation: $38,110 and $47,505
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Customer Service
Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. You will deliver exceptional customer service with each interaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, and research every issue.
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to achieve customer satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Review sales orders to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
Proactively provide lead times and order status to customers.
Take ownership of all aspects within the assigned territory.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in customer-facing customer service.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Thrive in providing the best customer service possible.
Experience with AS400 is a plus.
