Our client in Agoura Hills is looking for a temporary onsite HR Generalist. This position reports to the Director of HR Operations and works closely with leadership to execute high level HR functions.
Position: Human Resource Generalist
Location: Agoura Hills
Pay: $40 hourly

Duties:
Serve as a trusted HR business partner, offering strategic HR advice and support aligned with business priorities.
Implement Group HR policies and identify opportunities to contribute to business goals through HR.
Contribute to strengthening HR operations, ensuring the HR function is high-performing and responsive to employee needs.
Act as a change agent, supporting HR projects and programs to drive the HR agenda and organizational growth.
Conduct regular career development interviews with employees, documenting feedback for ongoing development.
Support talent programs, succession planning, and internship initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
Provide coaching to individual contributors and managers to enhance performance and career growth.
Address employee relations and performance management issues, following policies and guidelines, and escalating when necessary
Partner with Talent Management to conduct training needs analysis and deliver tailored learning solutions to employees.
Participate in the annual job matching process and perform regular compensation analysis to address key concerns within the business group
