Responsibilities:

  • Implement quality checks on benefits related data
  • Assisting with employee claims issues and plan changes
  • Determining eligibility
  • Distributing enrollment materials

Qualifications:
  • Past experience with HRIS software required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel skills
Skills:
  • Great interpersonal skills while reaching out to managers and associates
  • Focus on quality based solutions
Experience:
  • Two years of experience is required
Employment Type:
  • Contract
Compensation:
  • $50,000 to $60,000 to year
Work Hours:
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
  • 40 hours per week

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
