Are you a recent graduate with a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail? We are seeking an entry-level Accountant to join our dynamic team in Akron, OH. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to kickstart their career in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Conduct financial research and analysis as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
