LHH is currently accepting applications for a Property Accountant position with a client located in Akron, Ohio. This is a position is a temp to hire position and is fully onsite (becomes hybrid after 90 days). You must reside within reasonable commuting distance to Akron to be considered for this position.

Temp to hire position, 100% onsite, hybrid after training (90 days) hours 8-5pm

Medical plans offered, 401k w/ match, yearly bonus, dental and vision paid for as well as life insurance (short and long term), PTO – 2weeks, 4 days, most of these are available after 90 days of being hired on full time.

Pay Range $45,000 - $50,000 ($24 an hour during temp phase)

• 1-3 years’ experience, bachelor’s degree in accounting/Finance is required.

• Recent college grads with BA degree in Accounting/Finance/Business will be considered.

• AR, AP experience a plus. (Heavy in AR)

• Client relationships important, some need from time to time for collections, cash applications.

• Software they use will be taught.

• Excel experience with pivot tables and V-LOOKUPS required.

• MRI, Avent Exchange, Diversify, Versa-Pay experience is a plus.

• Willingness to learn, ability to work in fast paced environment in a small team.
