Accounting & Finance

LHH is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our client's finance team. The successful candidate will have substantial expertise in accounts receivable management.
Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer credit limits.
  • Create and distribute invoices.
  • Follow up on payments and negotiate terms.
  • Reconcile account discrepancies.
  • Maintain updated customer records.
  • Address and resolve billing issues.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
  • Perform tasks as directed by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and billing procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail. Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.




Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
