Accounting & Finance

The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. This includes maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Assist with audits and tax filings.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
