Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Albuquerque, NM (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $21 – $23/hour

Overview:
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's team in Albuquerque. This full-time, onsite role is perfect for someone with a passion for numbers, strong organizational skills, and a desire to grow within a stable and collaborative work environment. If you’re experienced in invoice processing, vendor communication, and AP systems, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Match purchase orders and receipts to corresponding invoices
  • Reconcile discrepancies and ensure proper approvals are obtained
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records and documentation
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues professionally
  • Assist with month-end close tasks related to accounts payable
  • Support the finance team with clerical tasks and reporting as needed

Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of accounts payable or general accounting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently in a structured, deadline-driven environment


Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
