Administrative Assistant/Office Support

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Albuquerque, NM. This company is in search of a full time administrative assistant to join their team. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The hourly rate is between $17/hr-$20/hr.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow with a company. The position starts as a contract role with strong potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and handle correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain office filing systems and ensure supplies are stocked
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and other office tasks as needed
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
