Administrative Assistant

Customer Service & Support

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Albuquerque, NM that is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This is a full-time onsite position Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Pay range depending on experience $17.00-$21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings, including coordinating logistics and preparing necessary materials.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Proven 2 years' recent experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
