Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a non profit organization in Albuquerque. This company is looking for an administrative assistant to join their team. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully onsite.

Position Summary:


The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Fundraising experience is required, as the role will also support donor relations and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive and program staff
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external events
  • Handle general office tasks such as filing, mail, supplies, and answering phones
  • Assist with donor database management, donor correspondence, and fundraising mailings
  • Support planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and special events
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the organization’s values in all interactions

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting
  • Proven experience with or exposure to fundraising or donor development activities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and donor management software (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
