LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing company in Albuquerque, NM that is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, onsite position. Minimum 1+ year of recent experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist to qualify. $18.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, email correspondences, and high volume calendar management.
  • Office coordination with ordering office supplies, inventory, setting up for meetings, creating meeting agendas.
  • Managing internal and external events including catering, vendor management, event space, etc.
  • Organizing and preparing materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and presentations.
  • Creating and updating organization charts.
  • Provide customer service to all internal and external clients and staff.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assisting with the organization of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Managing communication including drafting emails and correspondence.
  • Supporting other staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 1+ years recent experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
