About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our management and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and greeting visitors
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Organizing and scheduling meetings, including taking detailed minutes
Managing accounts and performing bookkeeping tasks
Preparing communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
Writing and editing documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Creating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical
Coordinating and organizing transportation and logistics
Assisting in the preparation and staging of events
Handling incoming and outgoing telephone, electronic, and written communications
Providing general administrative support to the team
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
