LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Medical Scheduler for our healthcare client located in North Albuquerque. This role will be a contract-to-hire opportunity and 100% onsite, full-time hours.

This role will be a high-volume phone position and will be focused specifically on scheduling patient appointments, confirming and re-scheduling as needed. It will be a fast-paced environment and interested candidates must be bilingual English/Spanish.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years medical call center/healthcare admin experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Must be able to work within multiple software systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette
• Strong ability to multitask throughout the day
• Can work well independently and problem solve with sound judgement
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and de-escalate when needed
• Able to work well in multiple software systems while speaking on the phone
