LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Medical Scheduler for our healthcare client located in Albuquerque. This role will be 100% onsite, full-time, and a contract-to-hire opportunity.

This position will be a high-volume, inbound call center type position and will be focused on scheduling patient appointments. Interested candidates must feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multitask while performing phone duties. In addition to scheduling, this role will verify insurance and update patient demographics as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is required for this position.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years healthcare administration and/or medical call center experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Proficient working within multiple software systems

• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to de-escalate and remain calm
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask throughout the day
• Can meet production expectations as outlined by management
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to work within multiple software systems and perform accurate data entry
