LHH seeks a bilingual Call Center Representative in Albuquerque, NM!
Duties and Responsibilities
Answers all incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
Obtain patient demographics, insurance information and requested procedure data from various sources (MI, EPIC and PenRad) to reserve a scheduled appointment time.
Places outgoing appointment calls to patients/medical offices.
Performs related work as required and other duties as assigned.
Position may include extended hours and Saturday rotation
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of insurance verification
Ability to use common software packages (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, word processing, statistical, e-mail and internet).
Ability to speak clearly and concisely, follow and comprehend oral and written instruction.
High school graduation or GED.
A minimum of Two years of call center in a healthcare setting
Bilingual in Spanish
This is a full time position, onsite 8am-5pm
