Claims Adjuster

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solution (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Claims Adjuster job in Albuquerque, NM. To qualify, you must have at least one year of recent, relevant experience processing worker’s compensation claims.

This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $23.00 and $26.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs (details below). When you are converted to a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing claim compensability and exposure


• Determining the proper course of action


• Working with multiple parties to process claims


• Maintaining compliance with NM statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements as well as company policies and procedures


• Documenting and communicating all claim activities


• Providing excellent internal and external customer service


• All other related tasks as required

  Qualifications:



• At least one year of recent, relevant experience processing worker’s compensation claims


• Must have an active NM Adjuster License or be willing to obtain the license


• Previous experience with claims software preferred

  Compensation:



• Hourly rate between $23.00 and $26.00
