LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing manufacturing company in Albuquerque, New Mexico that is in need of a Customer Order Processor to join their team. This is a full-time Monday through Friday in-office position. 8am to 5pm.

Pay range is $24-$28 per hour depending on prior experience.


The Customer Order Processor plays a critical role in supporting the end-to-end supply chain by ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders. This position interfaces with inventory, fulfillment, operations, materials, and production teams to maintain smooth order flow and customer satisfaction. A background in manufacturing is preferred due to the technical nature of the role and its integration with production systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Intake and process customer orders via centralized systems or call centers.

    Verify order details including pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines.


    Coordinate with inventory and production teams to confirm product availability.


    Manage logistical documentation and ensure compliance with shipping protocols.


    Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages or discrepancies.


    Participate in process improvement initiatives across supply chain functions.


    Generate reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).


    Maintain accurate records of orders and fulfillment activities.


    Support ERP system transitions and data accuracy (e.g., NetSuite).


    Assist in procurement and inventory planning tasks as needed.


    Communicate with customers regarding backorders, delivery updates, and order status.


    Collaborate with shipping and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer order processing or supply chain operations.

  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Manufacturing or logistics background strongly preferred.
