Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will interact with customers and provide exceptional assistance and provide reliable, accurate information. You will also support delivery performance and help maintain and improve systems and processes.

Key Accountabilities Include but are not Limited to:

  • Manage customer orders via phone, fax, and email.
  • Maintain and invoice orders after shipment completion.
  • Continuously demonstrate proficiency in product knowledge and support a growing number of products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries that may require extensive research.
  • Provide responses to inquiries and customer difficulties.
  • Learn other cross-functional duties within the department.
  • Assume other duties and/or specific roles as necessary to assist the organization.
  • Work in an office environment with a standard working schedule

Key Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors:

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Associate degree or higher in a relevant course of study preferred but not essential.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Possess a strong work ethic and able to work effectively in a team.
  • HS Diploma or GED required.
