Job Overview:
As an executive recruiter, I am looking for a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to support my client's HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of HR practices and a genuine interest in enhancing employee experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to various HR initiatives that drive the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
- Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and developing employee growth plans.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR initiatives that improve processes, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
