About Us: LHH is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our client's team as an HR Generalist.

Job Description: As an Entry-Level HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in human resources and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee inquiries.
  • Help coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Provide support for employee relations issues and help resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an HR-related role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems.
