LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing financial services company in Albuquerque, New Mexico that is in need of a Full-Time Onsite Human Resources Generalist to join the team. Pay range $30.00-35.00 per hour depending on experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting employees and driving HR initiatives. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefits programs

• Support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

• Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews

• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems

• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration

• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance

• Promote employee engagement and support DEI initiatives

• Coordinate training and development programs

• Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce metrics

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations

• Create training modules for employees and managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Dayforce, Sage 300)

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel- must know formulas, and creating graphs)
