LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing financial services company in Albuquerque, New Mexico that is in need of a Full-Time Onsite Human Resources Generalist to join the team. Pay range $30.00-35.00 per hour depending on experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting employees and driving HR initiatives. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Administer compensation and benefits programs
Support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance
Promote employee engagement and support DEI initiatives
Coordinate training and development programs
Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce metrics
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations
Create training modules for employees and managers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
3+ years of HR generalist experience
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Dayforce, Sage 300)
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel- must know formulas, and creating graphs)
