The Bilingual Medical Float is the first person a client meets and it is essential in making sure that new clients have a successful first impression.

  • Facilitating referrals and appointments.

  • Providing details about agency programs.

  • Answering initial insurance coverage questions

  • Handling various administrative tasks in support of client care.

  • Ensuring that emails, phone calls and visitors are logged and directed to the appropriate staff or department in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Collect copayments, schedule appointments, and support various departments.

  • Valid Driver License and reliable transportation to travel between sites (Mileage reimbursed).

  • Spanish Speaking required





Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
