LHH Recruitment is partnering with a financial services company in Albuquerque, NM. This company is in search of an office assistant to join them for about 3-4 months. This job is fully on site, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
This position will involve providing administrative support and helping with day-to-day office operations while covering for a team member on leave. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, I would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administrative tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, emails, etc.).
- Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks as needed.
- Support the office staff with administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous office administrative experience preferred, ideally in a professional or financial services environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be able to work in-office from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
