Order Fulfillment Coordinator
Pay: $40K-$50K

Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused Customer Fulfillment Coordinator who takes ownership of their position. The primary responsibilities include entering orders to ensure lead-time targets and on-time deliveries are met. The ideal candidate will be a support professional, proficient in prioritizing and completing tasks in a timely manner, yet flexible to multitask when necessary. This role requires a customer-focused team player who is attentive to details and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator will liaise with internal stakeholders and obtain appropriate information and data to meet business targets. They will communicate changes in demand to internal stakeholders to ensure efficient resources and product availability and escalate any issues to the Manager when there is a risk that could prevent the organization from meeting customer demands or where there are overcapacity concerns. Good oral and written communication skills are essential.

Minimum Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Manufacturing ERP experience desirable
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High organizational skills required
- Process-oriented
- Customer-focused
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with an ERP or Global Shop
- Manufacturing background
- Logistics experience
- Bi-lingual (Spanish)
