Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Order Fulfillment Team Lead to join and guide our fast-paced fulfillment team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with advanced Excel skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and proven experience in process improvement and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing workflows, enhancing operational accuracy, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across a diverse product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor the order fulfillment team (2-4 team members).
  • Oversee order entry, processing accuracy, and daily reporting.
  • Lead departmental restructuring efforts and implement process improvements.
  • Navigate and help transition to a new ERP system (NetSuite).
  • Build and analyze complex reports using Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • Identify operational trends and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and team performance.
  • Serve as the escalation point for customer issues, delivering professional and transparent communication, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of customers, from COOs to on-site technicians.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Shipping to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Understand and manage various shipping carriers and methods.
  • Communicate proactively about inventory status and back-ordered items.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of part numbers, materials, and fulfillment logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's or bachelor's in business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in a fast-paced operational or order fulfillment environment.
    • 2+ years in a team lead or supervisory role.
    • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).
    • Logistics or inventory management background is highly valued.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPs).
    • Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to lead under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.


Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
