• Recording employee hours, overtime, and PTO in the payroll system
• Calculating and deducting appropriate withholdings from paychecks
• Maintaining accurate payroll records
• Distributing paychecks or initiating electronic fund transfers
• Producing payroll reports for management and finance departments
• Updating the payroll system to reflect changes in employee status
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure accurate payroll data
• Assisting with regular payroll audits
• Utilizing payroll software and ERP systems

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is a plus)
• 1 to 2 years of payroll experience
• Experience in data entry
• Familiarity with ERP systems
