LHH has partnered with their client to recruit a Payroll Coordinator. This role encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring precise and timely payment to employees, in strict accordance with legal and regulatory mandates. Below are the principal responsibilities associated with the position:

Responsibilities

  • Inputting work hours, overtime, and PTO into the system.
  • Calculating and deducting withholdings from paychecks.
  • Keeping organized payroll records.
  • Sending paychecks or electronic funds to bank accounts.
  • Creating payroll reports for management and finance.
  • Updating status changes like promotions and transfers in the payroll system.
  • Coordinating with departments for accurate payroll info.
  • Assisting in audits for compliance.
  • Utilizing payroll and ERP software.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferably a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field).
  • 1-2 years of payroll experience.
  • Data entry skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
