LHH is searching for a front desk administrative expert to assist a very fast moving office in Phoenix, AZ.
This person will support all departments such as customer service, technicians and delivery services teams.

Responsibilities
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Perform receptionist duties when needed
Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize processes
Requirements
High school diploma/GED minimum
At least 1+ year of office assistance or administrative experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Pay: $16-$19/hr
Eligible for medical, vision and dental benefits after 60 days of employment.
