Receptionist/Front Office

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a financial services organization in Albuquerque, NM. This company is in search of a front office receptionist. This job is fully in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer incoming calls, route them to appropriate departments, and take messages as needed.
  • Manage the front desk, ensuring the office is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and confirming meetings for staff and clients.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with light office duties, such as ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Provide clients with basic information about the company’s services and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Help maintain a positive office atmosphere by providing excellent customer service to both clients and staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or education in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous front desk or receptionist experience, preferably in a financial services or professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
